From contractors: your email address, company details you enter (name, website, phone, logo, pricing), the locations you search from, the leads you accept, and the statuses and notes you record. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and purchase history.
About homes: property information drawn from public property records, aerial imagery and weather history, used to generate reports. Where a public record includes an owner's name, it may appear on the contractor's lead.
From homeowners: if you use a report page to request an inspection, the name, phone number, email and preferred time you enter. That information is sent to the roofing contractor named on the report and stored with the lead.
To run the Service: sign you in, generate and deliver leads and reports, process payments, send sign-in codes and lead alerts, and improve lead quality. We do not sell personal information. Contractors see only their own leads.
Service providers that help us operate: hosting and storage (Netlify), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), mapping and roof measurement (Google), and AI text generation (Anthropic) for report notes. Each receives only what it needs. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Account and lead data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after. Homeowner inspection requests are kept with the lead. You may ask us to delete your account data at support@roofhunter.co.
A single sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. No advertising trackers.
Homeowners may ask the contractor named on a report, or us at support@roofhunter.co, to delete a request they submitted. Contractors may update their details in the app at any time.
